My journey with Chiropractic is a little unique. In my early years when I was unwell I’d head straight to medication for the problem. I often found myself trying to deal with symptoms, with little success and never addressing the underlying cause. I felt there was more to health than what I was experiencing so went to my local library in search of answers where I found a book on natural health. It was probably one of my first lightbulb moments, as I realised that everything in the body is connected, the with nervous system and brain being the master control. Chiropractic to me has always been about wellness and maintenance. I love that I am able to help people take better care of their body and spine everyday. I studied at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic and moved to Melbourne six years ago and love having my own practice in leafy Eltham.
